Activate/deactivate a display

A display is active when it has a license to use SignKontrol and play content. You don't have to worry about the status of your screens during your free trial since it gives you unlimited access to our platform.

You can have more displays registered in your account than your subscription number. However, no more than the number of screens you subscribed for can be active at a time. Suppose you have to replace an installed display. In that case, you must first deactivate it to free a subscription license and then activate the new one to start playing content.

To activate or deactivate a display, go to "Displays," find it, press the three dots button to show the menu, and select the option activate or deactivate. If the display is active, the deactivate option will be available, and vice-versa.
